The Activists of Brighton
The Activists of Brighton podcast is a multimedia project which focuses on the tensions between political work and mental health. By hosting conversations with various activists who are dedicated to different causes, the aim is to create a safe space where activists can discuss their wellbeing, their techniques for self-care, and the ways in which their activism has helped them find catharsis.
